Audit Training Course - Distance Learning

Abstract	Distance Learning course which covers all aspects of the normal auditor course delivered over an extended period.
Aim	To provide fully trained and competent auditors.
Audience	All personnel responsible for auditing Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001:2000 Standard either internally at their own firm or externally at Suppliers, but are unable to attend normal scheduled courses.

Description	Each student is assigned a personal Tutor and receives a copy of Quality Associates Auditor Course Manual. The student is issued with specific study material and works at his/her own speed, (agreed with the Tutor), and is required to complete a number of written assignments. The student will receive written and/or verbal feedback on all work submitted. The syllabus of the course covers:- Introduction Background to, and need for, Quality Assurance What is Quality Assurance? What is a Quality Management System? British Standards Definitions and BS EN ISO 9000 series Understanding of ISO9001:2000 Types of Audit Depth of Audit Scope of Audit Auditor's Role and Responsibilities Stages of an Audit Audit Preparation Audit Execution Audit Reporting The course will conclude with the student planning and undertaking an agreed audit in his/her own firm and providing a written report to his/her tutor.
