Description
The 2 hour course explains in general terms what Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems and Quality Standards are.it gives an:
- interpretation of each of the 20 clauses of ISO9000
- summarises the impact of Quality Management Systems on staff in general
- highlights what the individual can do to support the operation of a Quality System.
The 4 hour course covers the same ground as the 2 hour course but with additional material tailored to fully explain the individual Procedures and/or Work Instructions of that individual Quality System
