Abstract

Aim
|
Either a 2 hour general Awareness Course, or a 4 hour course tailored
to the Client's particular Quality System which is run by Quality Associates.

Audience
|
All personnel in any Firm or Organisation that either has, or is about to
implement, a Quality
Management System.

Description
|
The 2 hour course explains in general terms what Quality Assurance,
Quality Management Systems and Quality Standards are.
it gives an:
- interpretation of each of the 20 clauses of ISO9000
- summarises the impact of Quality Management Systems on staff in general
- highlights what the individual can do to support the operation of a
Quality System.
The 4 hour course covers the same ground as the 2 hour course but with
additional material tailored to
fully explain the individual Procedures and/or Work Instructions of that
individual Quality System
