Abstract
|
The course addresses the requirement of organisations, as detailed in ISO 9001:2000, to find means of implementing Management Responsibility, Continual Improvement, Measurement and Analysis, Customer Focus and other elements of Business Excellence.

To produce a list of Strengths and Weaknesses of your organisation in delivering Business Excellence, providing the basis for an action plan to implemement the necessary improvements in pursuit of Business Excellence.

Description
|
The course consists of a review of the Background, Philosophy and major requirements of a Quality Management System, and the application of these requirements in an organisation. There is a description of the Excellence Model and team exercises in understanding and applying the techniques of Business Excellence to understanding Managements' responsibilities, implementing Continual Process Improvements, Measurement and Analysis and Customer Focus in pursuit of Business Excellence.
