Abstract
|
An integrated management system (IMS) puts all the internal management practices into one coherent system. All ISO management standards are based on common principles and framework. Module 1 examines these principles and framework using ISO 9001:2000. This is a one day interactive course on understanding the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and how they might be implemented in an organisation. The course can be delivered externally or in-house.

Many in an organisation may require to have an understanding of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard including those who may be required to prepare documented processes/procedures etc.
This course is a prerequisite to attending an ISO 9001: 2000 Auditor course.
