Course Summary

Module 2 examines, as an example, the importance of audits as a management tool for monitoring and verifying the effective implementation of an organisation's quality policy. In addition, it considers audit in conformity assessment, evaluation and surveillance in accordance with the ISO 19011 Standard

Aim

To provide understanding of auditing the ISO9001:2008 Standard and to provide a basis for understanding auditing Integrated Systems.
Outcomes: Quality Associates trained Auditor Certificate; 154 page Course Manual.

Audience

All personnel who may require to perform audits of Quality Management Systems to ISO9001:2008 Standard either within their own organisation or externally at their suppliers.
Entry Requirements Previous attendance at a course on understanding ISO9001:2008 or a thorough understanding of ISO9001:2008 gained by other means.
