The Excellence Model recognises that customer satisfaction is dependent on effective management of the entire supply chain. This includes management of suppliers, the management of internal resources and the management of relationships with customers and other external bodies.

  • How technology is managed for excellence of outcomes.
  • How information and knowledge are managed for excellence of outcomes.
