Quality Associates Launch New Web Site - Quality Associates, Aberdeen, Dundee, Glasgow, Scotland

The new web site allows visitors to ask questions on Quality, Business Excellence, Health & Safety, Environment, Human Resource Development, Statistical Process Control (SPC), to provide comments on these subjects and on the quality of the site to help improve it.

PROCESSES are a vital part of the new ISO 9001:2000 standard and the Site contains many short papers to remove confusion and to help managers understand what a process is and how, if you understand your processes better you will understand your business better. These papers aim to explain and rectify the confusion which now exists around the understanding and definition of the processes which exist within an organisation. Papers on other subjects will be posted in due course.

The web site also provides syllabuses on the courses which Quality Associates provides on a range of subjects, together with a schedule of current courses. Organisations are encouraged to use the Site to discuss possible new courses with the Company.
