The Aim of the Course is to provide information on:

- Short introductory lectures addressing the most frequently asked questions

- Why should I concentrate on improving my processes?
- What are the costs and benefits of continual process improvement?
The Phased Approach to Continual Process Improvement
A series of short lectures interspersed with practical sessions, working in teams, identifying and using the techniques necessary to:
- Identify the problem
- Analyse the cause(s) of the problem
- Identify appropriate corrective actions
- Implement corrective actions
- Verify and monitor improvement activity
