Quality Associates Development Programme
We have in place formal procedures incorporated into our approved ISO 9001:2000 system, to encourage each individual to develop an annual self-development plan, in line with the Company's Business Plan, and to assess the results at the end of the year. The Directors and Associates have also agreed to find the time necessay for their own personal development and to assist with the in-house training of others.
Quality Associates' stated primary goal is customer satisfaction through a focus and understanding of our Customers' present and future needs. We endeavour to set up systems that allow Associates to enjoy their work and to be proud of their work.
We achieve this by:
- only appointing people of outstanding ability and experience
- documenting and continually improving all our processes under ISO 9001:2000.
- monitoring Customer Satisfaction on each individual assignment
- allowing everyone to take complete responsibility for their own work
- helping everyone to enjoy their work and to take pride in it
- encouraging everyone to make suggestions and to form collaborative teams to move these suggestions forward
- providing training wherever required to help achieve our aims and objectives
