Ian and Doug Retire

February 2003

Ian, who was the Quality Director for Quality Associates, joined us from BT where he was Deputy Quality Manager for the North of Scotland Area. Doug, who also joined us from BT, where he was the Operations Manager for the Peterhead area, had also been involved with "quality" and acted as a consultant in quality to BT Headquarters in Edinburgh. Although both Ian and Doug plan to spend more time with their grandchildren, both are going to continue to do some part-time work for Quality Associates, Ian as a Quality Auditor and Doug as Manager of Training Courses. We wish Ian and Doug a long and happy retirement.
