After successful registration to ISO 9001: 2008, Quality Associates will, where the client wishes and in partnership with the client, work together to maintain an efficient and effective QMS, to deliver maximum benefit to the organisation from it's investment in the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
Working closely with the client, we will maintain your Quality and Procedures Manuals, conduct effective Internal Audit programmes, facilitate your Management Review process, including the production of minutes and action plans. We will support Corrective Action and Continual Improvement systems to ensure that the benefits of compliance are reflected in improvements to your systems, processes, products, and services.
This approach has the benefit of bringing an external and independent view of your activities and systems, while maintaining the necessary focus and expertise on the key elements and activities required to maintain compliance to ISO 9001:2008.
