Quality Associates New Modular Integrated Auditing Course(s)

The course is presented as 3 modules.

Module 1 examines the common principles and framework using ISO 9001:2000. This is a one day interactive course on understanding the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and how they might be implemented in an organisation.

Module 2 examines, as an example, the importance of audits as a management tool for monitoring and verifying the effective implementation of an organisation's quality policy. In addition, it considers audit in conformity assessment, evaluation and surveillance in accordance with the ISO 19011 Standard.

Module 3 explores why Quality Standards usually have in common: policy; document development and control; planning; implementation and operation; performance management; improvement; and management review. This course highlights the benefits of Integrated Management Systems; detailed areas of Environmental Auditing; detailed areas of Health and Safety Auditing; integrating additional Standards; and how to integrate internal audits.
