Bill Cruickshank
Bill was a Senior Lecturer and later the first Industrial Liaison Officer at the University of Aberdeen. He left the University to set up his own consultancy firm, Aberdeen Technology Transfer and Consultancy in 1989. He, along with three other Directors, founded Aberdeen Quality Associates Ltd. (later Quality Associates) in 1992, becoming first Managing Director and later Chief Executive. Besides being Chief Executive he is responsible for administration, marketing,finance and company development. He has been a member of the Deming Systems Group for the past twenty years. |

David Egan
David is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He is our Occupational Health and Safety wizard, but also has vast experience in many avenues of business management. |

Peter Fraser
Peter Fraser has extensive experience in the development and implementation of management systems and the application of information technology to support business processes. |

Gareth Hopkins
Gareth has provided consultancy work to various companies and has assisted companies in their endeavours to achieve certification to BS 5750/ISO 9000. He has also assisted companies during the change process towards continuous improvement and Total Quality, and provided a structured approach to problem solving |

Clive Musgrove
Clive is Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (MCQI), Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), and Member of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (MISTC). |

Iain Talbot
Iain has over 14 years experience in the environmental management sector. One core area of expertise is in environmental management systems (EMSs) and he regularly advises clients on the development and implementation of systems, and assists in implementation to certification. In this role he has worked with over 50 organisations. Iain has also designed a tool for pollution risk reduction audits utilised throughout UK (with funding from SEPA/DTI). |
