Criterion 7: People ResultsSatisfied staff produce good work and are loyal to the organization. To show how committed your people are you must produce people satisfaction results to show what you are achieving in relation to your people.
Results considered will be in terms of people perceptions and performance indicators.
Perception measure:
Perceptions may be gathered from, for example, surveys, focus groups, interviews, appraisals.
Performance indicators :
These measures are internal, relating to measures of process and product which show current performance, which are reliable predictors of product and service performance and improvement, and which will affect customer perceptions. The Excellence Model requires perception and performance results in some or all of the following areas:
- Motivation and Involvement.
- Satisfaction.
- Performance.
- Services provided to the organization's people.
