Peter Fraser

Peter Fraser has extensive experience in the implementation of management systems. He has an honours degree in Mathematics and has been a member of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (MIMIS) since the 1970s. After 12 years in software systems development, he led the IT Skill Group at Thomson McLintock Associates (later KPMG) in Scotland. He is a member of the Institute of Quality Assurance's Integrated Management Special Interest Group (IMSIG) and of the Deming Learning Network. He established his own independent consultancy in 1988 prior to establishing his own company (MandOS) in November 1999 to develop a range of process mapping and management system software based on his approach to business process management and management systems design. Using the same approach, he recently designed and delivered Quality Management modules for a leading University's MSc Project Management course. Projects(in a wide range of business sectors such as: the NHS and other public sector organisations, oil and gas, oil service, technology, engineering, insurance, local government and a variety of SMEs).
